Our clientele are portals that advertise property and car listings.

We are recruiting a Sales and Business Development Manager with a strong sales-driven approach, who can work collaboratively and independently with the goal of growing revenues and our international client base.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience and demonstrable results in B2B sales in the digital advertising industry. English is our working language. Skills in Spanish, Italian, and/or French will give you an advantage.
We put emphasis on personal growth and provide training/coaching/mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue;
- Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts in several markets focusing on property and car verticals;
- Establishing and maintaining cooperation with prospects and clients to achieve sales goals;
- Identifying new business opportunities;
- Give recommendations to decision-makers, proposing strategic advice
- Keeping up to date on Industry trends and relevant literature;
What are we looking for
- A highly motivated individual who possesses a strong aptitude for acquiring and retaining new business through a combination of cold calling, sales pitches, and relationship building. The ideal colleague should derive energy from engaging with people and demonstrates a keen interest in the interplay between digital tools and sales.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing metrics and business models such as CPC, CPL, etc.
- Demonstrable experience managing online marketing campaigns.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
Location: Flexible – Hybrid remote within Europe.
Starting date: Q3 2023.
Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications.
